100% Hand-knotted approximately forty years ago by a Berber woman from a village in the Middle Atlas mountains, belonging to the Beni M'guild tribe.
Despite its age, the rug remains in very charming condition, as it has been reserved for use only on rare occasions each year, such as family or religious celebrations. The rest of the time, it has been carefully rolled up and stored in a dedicated marital room.
